Microneedling

Microneedling

This treatment uses tiny needles to create micro channels (tiny holes) in the skin. The process stimulates your skin’s natural ability to heal itself, then produces collagen and elastin. This repair process begins almost immediately and results in a thicker dermis and softened wrinkles or scars. The treatment improves the appearance of scare from acne, stretch marks, injury, burns, surgical procedures, sun damage and skin discoloration. It also helps with hair restoration.

Hair Restoration with Microneedling

This treatment creates invisible micro-perforations in the scalp to stimulate cells known as keratinocytes. This increases the production of collagen and elastin to allow better penetration of hair growth serums. As a result, this supports cellular renewal and new hair growth.

How It Works:

The procedure creates invisible micro-perforations in the skin to stimulate cells known as keratinocytes to increase production of new collagen and elastin.

It can be combined with serums that are derived from HUMAN STEM CELLS (that contain a high concentration of natural human growth factors and cytokines), or with other products, depending on the area to be treated and the end results desired.

The Procedure:

A numbing cream is applied to the area to be treated prior to the procedure.

The micro-needles range in depth from 0.25mm – 1.5mm. The depth is determined by the area being treated and the reason for the procedure.

The number of treatments and time between treatments varies depending on the reason for the procedure.

Example:

Hair Restoration the scalp is treated once a week for 5 weeks and typically starts with .5mm tip. The depth is increased each treatment depending on the client’s tolerance. It is combined with Stem Cell Serums during the procedure and topical Rx post procedure.

Scar Reduction the area is typically treated once a month for 3-4 months using Stem Cell Serums during the procedure and Medical Grade skin care products post procedure. The typical needle depth is 1.5mm.
